We called to make a service appointment to have the takata airbag recall performed. We were told the parts needed were in stock and the repair would take about an hour.

When we arrived to the scheduled appointment the following day, we were told one of the airbags was not in stock. The service adviser acted as if this was completely normal. How could he be expected to know what parts would be in stock today when the appointment was made yesterday?... That was his actual explanation. As if no one in the world could potentially have worked out a solution to this problem.

When asked about the rental or loaner car that Honda has authorized dealers to provide free of charge (look it up, this is well publicized) , his response was "We don't do that. Our shuttle will take you wherever you need to go."

We will not be returning to this dealership for service, for parts, or for any future car purchase. They've proven themselves not only incompetent but unapologetic, as well.
