I visited last Saturday afternoon and they were pretty busy. Kristen my sales associate was with a client. I was a little late for my appointment, so I didn't mind waiting. However, Kristen seemed rushed and preoccupied. She told me to look at the models in the showroom and decide which model I liked. When we went to look at my selections on the lot, she did not review any of it's features or even try to sell me the car. She let me test drive it and when I returned, she was not every engaging and continued to appear rushed. No small talk, no people skills, no customer service skills, and just like that she was surprised when I didn't dish out 28k. When I said that's more than I hoped to spend, she immediately got up and said, "okay", as if if she never cared to sell me the car. I went down the street to BMW and found a better deal.
