I bought a Maytag dishwasher, a floor model, when the delivery time came, I was told the day after they machine was supposed to be delivered that the manager had instructed that the floor model could not be removed from the showroom floor to be delivered. I was not informed of this and stayed home the entire day waiting for the delivery. (meanwhile we had been without a dishwasher nor the use of the sink, cause the drain was not capped off properly by Appliance Canada for more than one week) The sales rep by the name of KAO sold me a much more expensive Kitchen Aid top of the line quiet dishwasher over the phone. I paid the difference over the phone. The dishwasher was delivered (after not being able to use the kitchen sink for more than 2 weeks) and after the first use it was obvious that it was a defective machine, since it made so much noise. I could not get any more service from Appliance Canada and the sales rep by the name of KAO was no longer available to me. Be aware that it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone at Appliance Canada/Concord. I would not recommend to buy here, since should you have a problem, they are no longer responsible for service.
