Service Department there is dishonest and misleading. I received a quote for a motor home oil change of $350 for up to 20 quarts of oil. I requested they change the fuel filters also. When I arrived to pick it up, they stated the bill was $869. Ronnie the advisor told me that the extra cost was because it took 6 extra quarts of oil and the filters cost $100 each. When I called the international dealer to find out the cost of the filters, they advised me that the oil filter was $49 and that the primary and secondary fuel filters were sold together for $86. No one ever called to let me know anything about the additional cost even though they had my contact information. Had a similar experience when I called to get a water pump that I changed myself. Parts guy advised me that it cost $190. I bought it on line for $46.
