Worst experience ever!!! Record everything!!!

Wouldn't update my address when advised they were sending to bills to an old address.

Recieved a forwarded letter that they were going to tow my car for unpaid tows.

I called and paid all bills. Found out they billed me for someone else's vehicle. I called and told them. They said they did mess up. Refused to refund!!!

My plate was ###LHT. In the picture was ###LHI.

Yes I talked to a manager still no resolution. I reported to BBB and FDCPA.
