Overall, it was a so-so experience. The Visa office (which is upstairs in a small room --- they have 3 counters). I always find the office space a bit small considering they issue out 120 tickets a day (sometimes up to 150).

Come early if you want to get your processing done quick. At number 8x... you need to wait until almost 11:30 am (open at 9 am) but the ticket counter is open at 8 am. Crazy!

The only good thing was one of our documents was not complete but the officer gave us a way to email to document instead of coming over again the next day to get the visa processed. Kudos for that!
