Hotel has more stars then they should. The staff are top notch but the condition of the rooms is not good at all maintenance is severely lacking. My rooms door the balcony might as well have been open it was leaking so much. The door frame for the bathroom was rusted out on the bottom. If anyone stubs a toe on that yikes! Paint trim etc were not 4 star standard. I don't think they could get more uncomfortable chairs for the meeting rooms we had 8 hour trainings and they could be a lot better.
