I dealt with Jilene and it was refreshing to deal with a woman, as a woman. I have previously walked in to dealerships in Saskatoon (that I won't mention), where the male salesman showed me the mirrors and cup holders with "isn't the colour pretty?". With Jilene, there was no condescendsion that I didn't know what I was talking about, as a woman. Jilene also has a sister that is a sales person there as well. Jilene was patient and took the time to go through the vehicle options and app with me.
I also had the pleasure of dealing with the General Manager, Gord. I have previously purchased another vehicle from him and highly recommended him before. Gord was a huge contributing factor in my descion to make a purchase at SMP.
