Exceptional service from Jacqueline S., Mike Green and Josh at RooterPlus!!!! This was a septic tank back-up service and not a routine cleaning. It was also on a Sunday, which is typical when you have an emergency. Mike and Josh worked exceptionally well together and performed the service on our septic tank perfectly. Both guys were very friendly as well. Mike was very knowledgeable and told me what to expect before he even started the job. His diagnosis was exactly what he said it would be based on what I told him was going on with the drains and toilets.

The last company that came out for routine cleaning only cleaned one side of the tank and didn t even change the filter which is on the other side of the tank that didn t get cleaned. This was one of the main reasons for the failure or back-up.

I sure am glad I called RooterPlus today. Thanks to Mike Green and Josh for coming to service the whole tank and change the filter. Oh, I forgot to mention that this was a same day service and on Sunday too. I will definitely be calling these same guys ( Mike Green and Josh from RooterPlus) to come out for the routine cleaning next time. Thank you so much!!!
