I have been a customer of Sav On Cigarettes LTD for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do have a good selection of products on their website save-on-cigarettes.com, the delivery time can be a bit slow at times. However, I appreciate their competitive prices and the convenience of being able to order online. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
