The Cepsa Tower is a 248.3 meter skyscraper located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area financial zone, Madrid. It is the second tallest skyscraper in Spain, only surpassed by the Crystal Tower, as well as 5th in the European Union and 14th in Europe. It was inaugurated on May 5, 2009.
