The staff there tonight apparently doesn't understand that customers pay their paychecks. I literally just say for fifteen minutes waiting for someone on the staff to take my order. A busser walked by me twice and actually nodded to acknowledge my presence. No waiter. I met the eyes of two different cooks through the glass around the kitchen, but apparently they don't get it either. I have visited Plank on multiple occasions now, and the service is wildly uneven. Generally not great, but to was an all time low. I eventually just got up and left. Plank management, you need to get your s**t together if this is not the level of service you want to show the buying public. TOTAL FAIL.
