Arrived at 1:40pm for a 2:00pm check in... We had plans at 3:00pm. We didn't get our room until 2:50pm which caused us to be late... We weren't the only ones dealing with this as many other people experiences to same delay. The hotel staff was suggesting to customers to use the restroom to change for their plans. I overheard a hotel staff worker telling a customer that all hotel rooms are the same size, even though some paid for deluxe, etc. The rooms were very small. We started at a Holiday Inn in london that had larger rooms for less and that were decorated better. Overall I was disappointed... the Hotel is also like a maze, very hard to find breakfast, workout room, etc. Only plus is that the bathroom floor was heated...
