As always I was treated like a princess!! Dropped off my Enclave for its regular service check and oil change, and Chris, my service adviser for the visit, had a brand new loaner for me to use while they worked on my car. I've never heard of any other dealership offer the service we receive at Dick Norris Buick-GMC. I've been spoiled, I must say! Wonderful people and always do a great job on my vehicles. Thank you!!
