I rented an apartment managed by Touchstone Properties for 1 1/2 years in Fort Collins between summer 2019 and January 2021..From the initial search and application process to the final inspection I found the staff to be very warm professional, and helpful. On those occasions that I required assistance with a problem they were prompt in addressing my concerns and had professionals at the apartment in a timely manner to remedy the issue.
They were clear and upfront about the property rules and billing procedures and when I had questions or a concern they responded very fast.
I especially appreciated working with the manager, Lisa Hernbloom who was friendly yet professional, and responsive to my voice messages and phone calls.
I highly recommend renting from Touchstone.
