As a tourist I felt like they were not trying to just do their job there. It felt more like it was a family run business and everyone WANTED to be at work. The love and care they put into their job showed immensely and If I ever go back to the middle of nowhere California, I am staying here for sure. The view is surreal. I wish I could upload a picture to show you.
p.s. I am not a warm weather person, but I did find myself enjoying the poolside view of "the cliffs". Even the children in the pool area seemed to be well behaved. I know that was coincidence, but usually that is not the case, especially in the summer months at resorts.
