I have a 2016 Acura that I purchased from here and my sales person was great in 2016. I took my car in to be serviced and my previous advisor was Antonio he sits by the door and he was rude and had no customer service skills at all. I was dreading going back for service but I went back and thankfully I met Tri Chau. He was awesome! He has such great people skills and he talks to you like you're a person and not like you're just a number. He is the greatest and I appreciate you his friendly attitude. He is definitely a keeper but as far as Antonio be aware of him and run fast if he is your advisor.
