I want to rate this higher but I just cant. Truthf...

I want to rate this higher but I just cant. Truthfully this wasnt a fun experience. Alot of the animals looked frail and so skinny. Im a hippo lover amd went to spend time with them but seeing them looking so thin broke my heart. Some of the animals had more freedom than I was expecting which was nice but overall i left feeling pretty sad and desparate. I really hope it was just a bad week or something and these animals arent being underfed.
