The good: I got the car I wanted in amazing condition. Difficult to find color and trim so I had to buy it from across the country.
They helped get it shipped quickly.
The bad: car arrived with the gas light on. Can you not put $20 of gas in a vehicle for a customer? Passenger door wouldn't lock due to a bad actuator. Didn't come with temp tags, so I had to wait for them to send temp tags before I could drive it. The worst part is it took almost 7 weeks to get it registered because they failed to send the paperwork to my states DMV and by that time my temp tag had expired, so I was forced to drive illegally. If I wouldn't have called to figure out what the heck was taking so long, I'd still be waiting. After sale service was pitiful. Definitely feel like since I was an out of state buyer they really phoned it in. Not hard to see why the doc fee is so low, they really don't do much to earn that fee. It would have been far smoother if I'd had done the paperwork myself.
In the end I got the car I wanted, but it definitely wasn't a positive buying experience.
