As stated in previous emails, BaptistCare is under contract. I suggest you read the contract carefully, as well as all your other literature sent to us about respecting your clients, and by implication their guardians.

If you cut off services, you will be triggering a Federal Court action for the following

1. Breach of contract
2. Negligence
3. Misleading and Deceptive Conduct; and
4. An urgent application for mandatory orders to restore services.

In addition, a claim in the human rights commission will proceed. If that claim is not settled, it will be joined to the Federal Court action...
