After two months after initial installation, Buckeye has failed to set up or provide functioning wireless service in our home. Three technicians have installed three different modems on three different occasions with the same outcome - no service. I've had to work from home on a personal hotspot. We've requested a refund/prorate for days with intermittent and total outages, but have not yet heard back; customer service by phone has been unenthusiastic. There is no competition in the area. I've lived and traveled all over the world and have never had this issue in any industrialized country - ever.
