Horrible. Absolutely terrible. Talked to at least 10 different people who had no idea what the person before them said to me. Was told I would get a tutor that night, call back and "oh, I don't see anything about a tutor tonight." Disorganized, dysfunctional, disastrous. First thing they said when I first called was "no problem we'll have a tutor for you tomorrow." Now two weeks later, nothing. I can't tell you how many promises were made and just completely forgotten. I would end up writing a book with the complaints I have with this company if I keep going. These people will take your money and do nothing to help you. Will never ever use again. BTW, the only reason they have a high rating is because they have employees write reviews on here, not clients.
