This business is not trustworthy and takes advantage of people in emergency situations. They charged me $500 that I did not authorize to perform work that I did not authorize. I have asked that the $500 retainer be credited back to my account and they refuse. I asked for an estimate before any work was done. This is a crooked franchise and avoid them at all costs. They could easily make their mistake right but they do not care about their customers, only their profits.
