The sales people treat you like kings & queens to get you to purchase cars, then avoid you after purchase and problems. Make promises to get you into contracts and insist that if you get this , it will make it easier to get what you really want. Don't uphold verbal and express contracts. Management sounds like they don't want to be bothered, passes the buck to lower sales reps, and very defensive and will even hang up on you. Was referred to this location, was spoke to rudely by management. Sad to say that if you request to speak to management they put coworkers on the phone to say they are management. Does anyone know who the actual District manager or General manager is of this location? I'm sure there are more people who've asked to speak to hire up's but were denied. I will definitely share this experience with other Colleges, Universities, Alumni, and people who've been deceived.
