Initially our experience with the dealership was great. Our salesman David was fantastic. However, in discussing the purchase a "manager" took over. This is where thing started going terribly wrong. The manager spent the conversation telling us everything we were saying was wrong. When we said that some things needed to be repaired on this CPO car, he told us we could take it to a dealer closer to us to have it checked rather than simply saying they would be taken care of as David had said would be done. The manager became more hostile and aggressive. When I said his behaviour was irritating me he said he would not sell us the car, stood up and walked away. This was a very frightening experience for a car purchase. I would avoid this dealership. They have a wonderful selection and facility as well as wonderful sales people. Unless you are ok with being talked down to and insulted by a sales manager, go elsewhere.

Several days after this terrible event I reached back out the the salesperson who never responded. I guess I was wrong, it is just a bad dealership with no redeeming qualities.
