My husband and I stayed a one night stay for a downtown concert this past weekend. My husband is not a review reader like myself and booked this hotel. After realizing where we d booked, seeing the reviews, and it being non-refundable we decided we would take our chances, were both pretty low maintenance. Overall, I have to say our room was clean, from bed/bedding/bathroom so no issues there(checked thoroughly after reviews). Room decor is Very dated/shabby which was a bummer as the overall vibe could be very Trendy if they d put some renovations into it for them and the building overall. We had a king with river view which was definitely a perk of the room. We were pretty bummed upon arrival to find out the restaurant was only open til 11:30 a.m. although they may have advertised this and we just missed it. Compared to all the horror reviews, I would say we either got lucky or maybe it depends on your expectations. It is priced great for close to downtown(10 min Uber ride) so with that being said, I think you re getting what you pay for here.
