Like someone else posted, there is to much of a Nickle and Dime vibe here. They will help you ONLY if it is helping them.
The staff do not have the same positive happy energy as the rest of the island, unless they are charging you. We could not get in our room for 5 hours. They didn't offer is anything, well, for a price yes. This is not how to run an island vacation destination. I see them going through way of club med.
