If I could give this place no stars I would. This is the worst hospital you could go to. This was the closest hospital near by so I brought my husband here. When we were in the er the triage staff most definitely didn t know what they were doing. While getting his blood drawn they had a hard time finding a vein so they left the tourniquet on his arm for nearly 5 mins his arm was completely purple and his arm was shaking a bit and the nurse was very nasty telling him to keep his arm still. He told them that it was hurting him and she just totally ignored him. So he ended up needing to get surgery which the surgeon and or staff were great besides being a little slow but that s understandable. Then after surgery he had to stay in a room and the staff on the 5th floor were awful! Very rude and he would ask for assistance and no one would come. After calling for a nurse and no response for over an hour I went out to see what was going on. There were nurses just standing around talking. So I asked for help and they said they had the call and someone would be in soon. After another 45 mins he called again just to see what was going on and they hung up the phone on him. He was just asking for a cup of ice and you re telling me not one of the nurses standing around could do that? This place is awful next time we ll just have to take the extra time to go to another hospital.
