Any place is good for a night when your flight is delayed and you re not paying for the room, but, night staff is not courteous enough nor try to be professional, they need a little more training, starting with the shuttle driver, moves like if he doesn t like his job, doesn t put luggage where it s supposed to go or get it out from where it is,instead, just points at where he wants the luggage without saying a word and without trying to help. Second, front desk lady, I had to basically ask for everything instead of her telling me what I needed to know about, where do I go?, what floor is the room at?, what time do I need to be down here for the shuttle to take me back to the airport? And then as she was walking away, there s the restaurant, if you want something, better order it now .
