Car was service for 2 recalls, car lock and batter...

Car was service for 2 recalls, car lock and battery. Now my car is dead because of the battery recall, and I am unable to open car because the lock is failing, they are telling me that the car is failing because of normal wear ? Question is my mind, was the original recall work done at all??????
