Today, 11/8/18, we had the pleasure of meeting John Q (New Car Sales Consultant). Not only did he actually greet us when we walked in the front door for our appointment but everything from there on out was truly a remarkable and enjoyable experience. Not like anything we ever had before in purchasing a vehicle. John is a true professional, very personable and very down to earth. He says it like it is which makes his integrity shine. We would highly recommend using John Q for your next auto purchase!! If we ever buy another Honda in our lives, John will be the person we would use regardless of where we lived at the time. He did not only explain and demonstrate every detail of the vehicle we were interested in, he takes it to the next level and then some too. He made us feel like he is there for us, and for always, anytime!! In today's world, who would actually tell you to call them on their cell on their day off?? John Q does. And does it with a smile!

DCH Academy Honda is very fortunate to have John Q on their team! We hope they are reading this and realize exactly how valuable John Q is to them and their repeat business. Like we said, he is a true professional and Customer Satisfaction is obviously his number one goal. And, he not only delivers that, but nails it!!!

Thank you John Q for everything!! We had a great day today because of you!! How many other car buyers car actually say that? This was our best car buying experience we've had in 40 years of trying. Again and simply, you nailed it!

We would be remiss if we did not mention Lisa Golembiewski, our Internet Client Advisor, who worked hard to come up with exactly what we wanted at a price far lower then others which we absolutely could not refuse. And also Paul Papis, our Finance Manager.
