This review is solely for the service department, as I purchased my Honda from a family member and drove it over from Colorado.

There was a wobbling noise that I was experiencing when driving it here in Atlanta, so I took it in and Brandon Wood was my Service Advisor. He basically got me registered, and set me up with a courtesy ride back to my house (I live about 5 miles away from the dealership) within minutes.

Upon inspection of my car, Brandon was patient with me as I looped in my brother, since I wanted him to hear about the issue and discuss what the potential options were going to be.There was no issues with upselling, or pressure to do anything more than discuss what the possible choices I had are and what I wanted to do moving forward.

I'm sure it was annoying to have two guys conference calling him on a busy Monday to talk about servicing a car that wasn't really sold by that particular dealership, but I found it refreshing to have a frank discussion with a service advisor and not think that I was getting taken advantage of. In fact, once I get the car finished up and ready to go- I think it makes sense that I will be using this local dealership for my service needs from this point forward.

I'd like to recognize Brandon for exceptional work today, and also getting me back on the road without breaking the bank. I'm thankful for the service, and effort in making sure I was happy with everything that happened with getting my "new" Honda safely back on the road.
