I ordered a few garments to use for a long flight ...

I ordered a few garments to use for a long flight at the end of September and ended up only using one pair of leggings, the other item was never opened or the seal even broken on the package. I requested an RA form via email to the correct address 2 different times and never received one. After I called in and spoke with Marilyn she was able to pull my email once I told her the dates that I submitted the request, I was sent the form and then I shipped out the package with USPS tracking the same day 11/20/18. The package was received by Marena group on 11/26/18. I have called numerous times to get my refund and every time I speak with Francis she asks me for the order number and tracking number as if I haven't already supplied it at least 5 times. I am just given the run around about returns being behind and the lady that is going to handle it has already left the office prior to 4:30PM EST. I have called earlier and now she will be out of the office tomorrow. I am fed up with trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have asked to have my issue escalated to the manager Carolyn January and have yet to be able to speak to her. I will be filing a dispute with my bank, since the item was received back by the company and no refund has been issued. If they allow you such short time frame to make a return they need to be conscious of their customers time and money as well... NOT HAPPY AT ALL :(
