I ve been with iiNet for over 3 years now and have always received great service and support.
If there have been issues with connection or speed or billing they are straight onto it and you talk to a person here in Australia to fix it.
I ve used FTTB and ADSL2 with no trouble.
Happy to recommend iiNet.
