I'm tired of them pumping their water uphill into the street and yards above me. They should not be allowed to do this with impunity (Thanks West Linn).

Does the owner of the new home from where the water is coming from realize there may have been a pond of water that appeared at their foundation site once they did the excavation over the summer (wishful thinking that the groundwater flow would get better once the rains came?).

I'm writing this because I called Icon to shore up their leaking water hoses and damaged couplers, and stop using duct tape to try and solve the problem, but I was accused of messing with their water hoses. Apparently, anyone that would be upset with water being redirected uphill and towards their home would be a prime suspect for damaging the water hoses they had tried to repair using duct tape.
