The Residence Inn by Mission Valley has been an outstanding experience, thus far. The accommodations have been very comfortable and relaxing. The extra care in making me feel like a special guest is overwhelming. The staff has been professional, courteous and helpful with all my needs and concerns. Check in was smooth and the front desk agent was very helpful and patient. Lastly, special thanks to Ellie Hess, sales Manager, who has been amazing. She has made my stay very enjoyable through her sincere and likable personality and positive communication. Through my entire experience with Ellie and her wonderful staff I will recommend the Residence Inn by Mission Valley as a top choice for my organization in the future.
