I ve given this place far too many chances. Nothing like paying for a membership and still being forced to wait an hour plus on weekends.

SEG has plenty of lanes and frequently doesn t open them all. Communication between the front desk and RSOs seems to be nonexistent. I ve been told more than once to wait when there were plenty of lanes open because the staff got confused! In total, I ve spent 5+ hours here sitting on the couch staring at my phone.

The evening manager during the week is rude and condescending as well.

More competent management would significantly improve this place. I ll be driving the extra 10 minutes to Elite.
