How is a restaurant out of all red meat by 845? I...

How is a restaurant out of all red meat by 845? I do appreciate the waiter telling us upfront that all they had left was trout, salmon and beets but really?? It's a Saturday night and as a restaurant that's been around awhile you should plan better.
