Simply the worst possible experience.

Simply the worst possible experience.
To perform a simple contract renewal I am more than 30 days old, they do not answer e-mail, they do not respond to Whatsapp, to make matters worse without finishing the negotiation they have already renewed the license and launched it on the card.
You are ignored within the company. They preach and talk about the value of the customer at their events and do not even do the housework.
I strongly hope to create a company that has a similar product to be able to change companies.
