A representative at David McDavid Honda of Frisco, Sharouz Shakouri, went above-and-beyond my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable on all Honda products from the engine size to their maintenance statistics. I went into the dealership expecting to be annoyed; however, my experience was the exact opposite. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was well taken care of.
