Horrible experience here! Went here on a van winer...

Horrible experience here! Went here on a van winery tour and the outside staff were super rude. I ordered a cider and charcuddey tray and never got it. We were here on a time limit and went to tell the bartenders that and they didn't even apologize. They seemed annoyed that we asked for a refund on stuff we never even got. The staff also bad mouthed all of the "van drivers" even though these drivers work their tails off and we couldn't have asked for a sweeter driver. Would NEVER recommend this place!
