We ordered veneered maple kitchen doors cut to size.
Before we confirmed the order we asked for samples.
The doors supplied were not lacquered as per the samples they sent to us.
They refused liability stating they do not lacquer doors. (Why then send lacquered samples).

No compensation was offered.
Would not recommend them.
