Very friendly. Gentleman that came was lovely with my elderly parents. We did arrange to pay cash but then he said no you had to pay over the phone , that took me 36 mins in a queue so that was a downside . Lady on the phone just went oh I don t know why he wouldn t take the money , not a reason when ur parents are in there 80s and can t hear over the phone
