So I thought about some of the bad reviews here and thought I'd put my 2 cents in. I've used questrade for over 2 months now.
I use them for self directed margin account. Which has been awesome. I'm all new to this. So at first I had many questions and I'd call in. Wait times were only minutes long if that. Getting questions answered was simple. Opening a new account was easy and simple. Fees are absolutely reasonable!
So I'm not sure about others experience but mine has been great so far! Hoping to be here for years to come. I highly recommend their service. Thanks questrade!
