At some time in life, I have decided to become more active. Outdoor activities are lots of fun in the summer time, but not as much in winter time. I have decided to switch my routine to indoor exercises. I think Hot Yoga is good as I don't like being cold. Google search of Hot Yoga in Mississauga led me to this studio.

I joined after my first class taught by Lisa. All teachers and front desk are true yogi and willing to share their insight with us. I have gathered many little tips on how to do the posture correctly. Over three years practicing hot yoga, I feel my health improves. I also believe my yoga practice helps me thinking positive during my stressful moments earlier.

Mind you, the hot room is really hot (40 C) and humid (40% RH). However, you will feel much better after the class was over. To get the maximum benefits, go for a membership plan. It is cost effective for me as I am practising 4-5 times a week (increased from 2-3 times when I first started).
