I ordered online for a label maker. I went into the store for pickup people were doing nothing but would not help me by picking up my order. I realize maybe people have certain things they focus on but I would have really appreciated someone helping me picking up my item without having to wait in line for 30 minutes when someone could have helped. Next time I ll either pick a different location or just not order from staples.
