Review of Terminix International

No idea why I'm receiving this request to review T...

No idea why I'm receiving this request to review Terminix. I have service with them but have not had any visits since 2018 so not sure why I would be asked to rate and review their service at this point in time. I'm thinking this might should have gone to my Ex at her house. We each have our own Terminix account and yet Terminix cannot seem to separate the account contact info even though she and I have each contacted Terminix many times to try and clear this up. I sometimes will get notification of an upcoming visit when it is actually my Ex's house have service. Very frustrating and I expect better from such a large company !!
