Lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Failure to meet deadlines A piece of merchandise arrives with a month late and not even a word of excuse. Of the 5 spots that were brought back to SAV, 3 weeks later we are informed that they are received but they are refusing to give them back saying that he is waiting for the expertise of manufacturer to know if he will proceed to replace free or not. And of course no delay. We bought for 7900 HT and not for some euro. We strongly advise against.
