Get ready to wait in a room with a bunch of other people. An old TV with CNN or some other news feed on a loop and headache inducing bright lights in the waiting room. Chairs are uncomfortable and the front desk personal are not as helpful and informative as they could be. I waited for over 4 hours to be taken to the back room and another 5 hours before they started to test me. Guess I it was a busy night.
