James Quandt was the service tech on this call and he started out by asking questions about what was wrong. He was able to then quickly address the problem and offered two options to repair the problem.
James is very professional and proactive in offering solutions then implementing the repair.
Setting up the appointment was smooth and getting a call 40 minutes before his arrival saved me from sitting around for a 3 hour window.
